Simple Machines, Set of 63
Set of 63 pieces, includes enough to build a wheel and axle, pulley, inclined plane, wedge, and a lever. Each model can be customized to show different functions of each machine (with the exception of the wedge.) The lever can demonstrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class levers. The pulley wheels come in 2 sizes and can be moved around on the top base to experiment with location and size variables. The inclined plane can be adjusted by height. The wheel and axle can build either a car or a door knob. Includes a guide with instructions for building and experimenting with each model. Each piece is made out of durable plastic and requires assembly. Models are approximately 12" high and 6" long when assembled.
